Cash-on-Cash returns for existing investments in Arizona have been averaging 8-15% annually, and are expected to grow to 15%+ upon stabilization and rent growth. Leveraged ROI is expected to top 15-20% upon a sale in the future. Emphasis remains on cash flow.

The biggest challenge faced in Phoenix was developing a team of brokers, contractors, and management companies that have an owner’s best interest in mind. Those issues were mitigated by developing a top-notch vendor list via trusted referrals over the years. Jennifer has over 30 years of accounting and financial services experience, including 20 years as a CFO for a privately owned $500 million company. Jennifer began her accounting career at Coopers & Lybrand. Her experience includes all facets of financial and costs accounting. She is hands on in providing and reviewing all the client financial portfolio activity, determines investor allocations and payouts. She has implemented all of the checks and balances for investor funds and ensures the transparency of the investment. Areas of expertise include, strategic planning, budgeting, investor management, internal controls, financial statement reporting, banking relationships, financial operations, financial infrastructure development and implementation, expense reduction, cash controls, cash flow management and maximizing profitability.

Ryan Ash is a 15-year veteran of the apartment brokerage industry. One of the most active apartment agents in the Phoenix market, Ryan is consistently a top producer and has achieved a high level of success specializing in representing owners in the sale of mid-size apartment properties. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Ryan’s major was marketing with a minor in finance. Mike Woodrick joined ARA’s Private Client Services Group in 2011 teaming up with Ryan Ash in the marketing and sale of mid-size apartment properties in the Metro Phoenix market. Prior to ARA, Mike was the Acquisition director for a wholesale investment real estate company where he facilitated the acquisition and disposition of over 150 income producing properties, ranging from value add to buy and hold investments. He has an extensive analytical background in both residential and commercial real estate with responsibilities including market feasibility reports, due diligence, and financial modeling. Mike is a Chicago native and moved to the Phoenix in 2000 and graduated from Arizona State University in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Real Estate.
